| SearchRunning.com is a search engine designed solely for runners. Unlike a traditional search engine, Search Running will only look at actual, hand-picked running sites. If you were to go to a traditional search engine and type in something like 'knee pain' or 'shin splints' - you might end up with thousands of results that have nothing to do with running - with the occasional running related website mixed in. Then you'd have to hunt through those results to find the sites that might actually contain your running information. What we've done is to isolate the best sites for information, and then we've built a custom google-powered search engine that ONLY searches those sites. If you think there's a running site that's worth searching, please suggest it. Currently, we search over a hundred running websites, including Runner's World, the Runner's World Forums, Cool Running and their forums, and many others. |
